These three promotional items show the advertising campaign for the Elisabetha release "Uber Das Prinzip Der Unschuld" from 2007, a CD released in only 500 units with the first 25 coming with a bonus black 3"CDr recording (see past Blog postings).
The album was formally released by Beverina & War on 1 October 2007 and came in a rather nice gold digipack format. The music was inspired by the tales of Bram Stoker and Edgar Allan Poe, and was priced at the time at 10 Euros for the standard version and 16 Euros for the limited edition with bonus disc.
Interestingly the two black and white posters are subtly different in their background content, the horizontal image having flowers and leaves whilst the vertical one portraying what appears to be a combination of scientific materials on a desk merged with a tree!
Also advertised is the "Eternal Deathvastation" 3CD box-set that rounded out the first era of Elisabetha music. Hmmmm, Nazgul really must get on and review that one....
